I’d love to share that this was my first experience here at this salon and let me say I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the service delivered. I walked i...n with a clear inspo picture of what I wanted and Sammie delivered!! The customer service was impeccable. The salon is relaxing and quiet with background music. Everybody there accommodates you to your liking. Super clean and so cutely decorated. They do have assortments of drinks as well on the house. I’ve found my go to nail salon I will say! Sammie was amazing as well as her nail tech partner. She’s very inspiring, interested and passionate in what she does for a living and you can completely trust her with whatever designs you’d want!!! Trust me she knows what she is doing 100%. I was over the top happy with my whole experience. And she doesn’t make you feel awful or bad if you voice any little concerns you’d have with the nail work. She did a Beautiful Job. Slayed completely. Please also look at the pictures I will post on top of my review. Beautiful work. French tips on long acrylics. Costed me $110 and COMPLETELY WORTH IT!! Show more

Fantastic gel manicure is exactly what I wanted! It is holding up so well 2 weeks later, even while I dig in the garden with reckless abandon. I am n...ot typically a feminine person, but I wanted elegant nails for my engagement ring photos. I was nervous to get a manicure for my v short stubby nails because I had a bad experience at another salon the only other time I tried to get a manicure. Sammi walked me through each step and helped put me at ease, she was so nice. She really did work her magic on my naturally short, wide nails to make them look longer and more elegant. They have various complimentary drinks available and I enjoyed a hot green tea. But next time will indulge in a matcha latte ;) It cost me $50 before tip for the French tip gels! I got so many compliments on my nails, and it’s helping me break my bad habit of nail biting. Now that I know what’s possible, I could get used to having nice nails, yall. Show more
First time going, definitely won’t be my last! The nail tech was very accommodating and made sure she followed my choice of design to a T and she deli...vered!! Love my nails so much! Update 4/25: My second time going and Sammi did great with my nails. However, my first tech used her nail to fiddle with my cuticle, literally breaking skin. I could barely see what she was doing and I thought she was using a tool but when I looked over a little more, it was her nail. Definitely not sanitary and I’m currently treating the wound with saline and watching it carefully so it hopefully does not get infected. But let this be a lesson. Show more
i have been here a handful of times and i'll continue to go. the entire staff is incredibly friendly, and the whole place is more spa-like than other ...nail salons in the area. they offer a drink menu when you get settled in, and have an enormous number of colors to chose from. they also offer waxing, and facials. i got a facial today and i don't know what wizardry sammi worked, but my skin looks fantastic. highly recommend! I’ve been here a couple times now and it’s officially my regular location. Other places weren’t as warm and welcoming, or did shoddy work (nails comin...g off too early, and even some minor infections due to lack of sanitation). NEVER here!! They do fabulous work, my acrylic sets last many weeks until I have to get them taken off, and Sammi’s design skills are impeccable. She is truly an artist. I’ll also add that the prices here are fair. Love this place!! Show more

I have been getting sns on my nails every ~3 weeks for over 5 years now. I just moved to the area so I was nervous about finding a new place, but my f...irst trip here eliminated all those worries. Sammie is incredibly detail oriented, meticulous even. I am a bartender and rough on my nails, so they often break. My first set lasted 3 weeks without so much as a chip. The salon is really nice and relaxing, the drinks are good. I’ll be back! Show more
Amaaaaazing service!!! The atmosphere is so calm and so cute! My biggest issue lately with places is that they just rush through their services. But m...y experience at Sugarcoat was so relaxing and amazing. Kristie did my pedicure and it was perfect. (If you’re wanting to indulge, the sugarcoat perfect pedicure was IT!) Sammie did my manicure and dip powder set and was beyond amazing. Sammie also did my eyebrows too and they were exactly what I wanted! Everyone was so kind and thoughtful and intentional with their work. I mean even the beverages provided were well presented. Super clean and organized. 6 stars if I could! Show more

Sammi and Paul have been doing my nails for around 2 years. Don’t let this fool you, they’ve both been doing nails for over 20 years! I can confident...ly say this is THE best my nails have ever looked. I’m having so much more fun with expressing myself creatively through my nails! I’m convinced there isn’t a single design that Sammi can’t do. A true artist. I get endless compliments. I never have a single chip, the nails never lift, or break. My first impressions were sweet but then things turned sour. I was looking to try a new nail salon and I saw this place was close by and highly rated.... My boyfriend and I came to get pedicures which were amazing. I decided to return less than 2 weeks later to get another pedi and a full set of nails. Again, the pedicure was great. I showed a picture to Sammi of some nail inspo and she initially seemed on board. She had a gentleman (paul) apply and shape my nails. When it was time to apply the acrylic, he started applying clear. I told them both I wanted nude acrylic, not clear. As Paul started to apply it, Sammi made a big deal about it, saying it wouldn't be as strong. I informed her I have used nude acrylic as a base for years and prefer the look of it. She proceeded to ask me what happened to my nail tech. I explained that she had moved. She retorted "well, go find her! I'll help!!!" I was stunned, hurt and embarrassed. I got quiet then started to tear up. Here i was trying to do something nice after an emotionally taxing day only to be treated like an unwanted guest. If she wants me to go somewhere else because I want colored acrylic, I will happily oblige✌🏾 Show more
