Nobody even spoke to me when I came in. I booked an appointment for 11:30 a.m. I understand that sometimes appointments run into each other and somet...imes it can take longer than expected. But nobody spoke to me. Nobody said anything to me and nobody even told me anything on how long I was going to have to wait or anything. Was waiting for an hour. Show more

If you were waiting in the lobby, I thought you were someone else's client since we have never met, I don’t know what you look like in order to bring you back for your appointment.
