I had high expectations based on our previous... interactions, but unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the services I received. During my first appointment, I was unhappy with the blowout, and it seemed to worsen after my son's swim. I observed that the products used made my hair difficult to manage. Additionally, in my second appointment, I noticed issues while still in the chair, and it felt like my concerns were not fully addressed. I understand that we all have busy lives, but I believe that addressing client concerns is crucial for maintaining a good relationship. It’s also worth noting that this was the second hairstyle I provided for you within a 48-hour period, as I made an effort to accommodate your needs and work towards a style you’d be happy with. Moving into a week later. You’ve reached out asking to book another hairstyle. Nobody who was truly unsatisfied would continue coming back for multiple styles, so I believe I’ve done my best to meet your expectations.
