Decided to go in to Adore J'adore salon after speaking with the owner and when I tell you the vibe was totally different than what I experienced on th...e phone! I was greeted by Allison and she asked me questions about my hair and what could be improved and she listened openly. I got a nice wash with a protein treatment and it revived my hair very nicely. Throughout the whole appointment, Kae and Allison talked to me about all sorts of things and just made me feel comfortable and it honestly felt like I was getting my hair done by family. I will definitely be coming back because the vibe was there it was really calming and Allison gave me tips on how to care for my natural hair better to keep it healthy. 10/10 Show more

This is a follow up to the review I created and left one month ago about my Botox trees with Allison! My hair still looks absolutely amazing! I wash i...t every two weeks and have only had to do a blow out with heat protectant and I get beautiful results! One of my girl friends said my hair looks like I should be on one of the perm boxes cause it's so pretty! I can't believe I still have these results after a month. I'll definitely be booking for a touch up soon just to ensure that I keep having these results with my hair. Thank you Allison!!! Show more

This is a PROFESSIONAL hair stylist— Master stylist I should say, and rightfully so. Her positive energy and smile is contagious. She truly cares abou...t her clients and does all she can to make sure you leave happy. Any questions, ask away! She is very knowledgeable and will work with you to help achieve your hair goals. I was so embarrassed to have her work on my hair for the first time because it was a mess (4Z lol). She happily worked with me and gave me tips and tricks for maintenance moving forward. I’m so thankful for Allison. My hair has never been so healthy! I have to ask: 1. Does your stylist offer a full-service and judgement-free salon with competent staff to make you will feel right at home? 2. Does your stylist take the time to acknowledge your hair needs and tailer the products used for YOU? 3. Does your stylist clean stations and use barbicide to clean their tools between clients? 4. Can your stylist perform on ALL hair types? & Yes I’m specifically talking to my natural ladies. If you answered NO to any of these, it’s time to book a consultation already. You won’t regret it! She not only cares abou...t styling of the hair she is really a true hairdresser who takes care of your natural hair as well. Her salon suite is very clean and she displays all her recommended products for purchasing its a one stop shop.As a new client I always look to a stylist that's competent and Alison is all of that and more. Simply amazing Stylist! Great pick for 4c natural textured hair. I recommend the botox treatment.
First of all, my hair looked good. I'm rating this location at 3 stars because the atmosphere was not very warm or welcoming and with the space being ...so small with so much going on, it appeared to be untidy. I booked a 1hr20min service for a microlink tighten and wash; I arrived on time at 3:20pm but never finished until 8:45pm. More importantly, I was extremely uncomfortable with the owner being so lax about taking precautions and the safety of the staff and clients. For a 10x10 space, there were no measures in place for safety or social distancing. I noted sanitizer and a temperature gun, but neither were offered or used. I did, however, request to have my seat cleaned prior to sitting, and this was promptly done. The room had as much as 10 persons at one point and there were instances where persons were allowed to enter without a mask. Offering snacks and drinks ever so often, encourages persons to remove their masks; and I observed client photos being taken with the absence of a mask. My hair came out okay at the end but I won't return due to the ridiculous delay and the absence of safety protocols. I hope, moving forward, that necessary changes will be made. Best of luck. Greetings! Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback from your experience. I checked my booking system and do not have record of your name nor appointment, and would love to further accommodate should you reach out to discuss this matter. I would like to address the following from your statement: Duration of Appointment: On my booking site, it lists the average time frame for each appointment so the client has an idea of how long each service will take. However, working in a salon environment, appointments can be delayed due to client's adding on additional services, length of the client's hair, client's running late for their appointment and many other factors that take into place for running behind on schedule. Usually I call my clients and advise when I'm running behind however, on my busiest days, it's hard to estimate the exact time frame when I am operating on a fully booked schedule.
