Please do not book this person to do your hair! I booked an appt online paid the deposit. The stylist text and said she was double booked. She said s...he would do my hair afterwards but didnt give me a time or a eta. My apt time was 4:30 pm. I ask for an ETA due the expected snow or if i could get a return of deposit. I was expecting her to offer another or new appt time instead she said i should have called her before booking. So its my fault you double booked! Why do you have online booking if u need call to make an appt ?and how do i call you if i dont kw you? Rude! Unprofessional! Wont get any my business or $! Everyone wants have a business and be on top but no want to provide customer service! The customers make ur business Show more

Client booked a same day appointment without the knowledge of if the spot was available. I said she could come later , but she wanted a earlier time. Which I did not have available due to already having a client. All deposits are nonrefundable which is stated on my page. I never stated that she had to call but she could've contacted me knowing it was a same day. Never gave rude or unprofessional.

Two stars because she did return my deposit, but the beginning of the week she confirmed my appointment time was good via Facebook. The day of she sta...ted she would be late, I told her it was fine, I’m thinking 30 minutes, maybe an hour, after 3 hours of no contact from her, I messaged her asking for my deposit back. She did return it, but no apology for basically standing me up and wasting half of my only day off. If you need your hair done urgently, I wouldn’t suggest booking her because there is a chance you won’t get your hair done Show more

I understand that you felt a way about the appointment , but to go leave a bad review today after it’s been days is insane. I advise you that I needed more time & you said no problem it was cool. I never knew that you had plans to do anything that day , as well as you not knowing what I had to do that day as well. yeah the communication could’ve been better , but I felt it was nothing else to say once you asked for your deposit back. Even if the appointment was 2-3 hrs after scheduled time . sometime I over book or sometime people book without it being on the site . & if I’m not wrong you booked without the knowledge of knowing what I had to do that day & I still could’ve got you that’s the crazy part , but it’s cool , thank you !!
