From the moment we walked in, Jay... greeted us with a warm smile and made my son feel comfortable right away. As you might know, getting a haircut can be quite daunting for little ones, but Jay was incredibly patient throughout the process. He took his time to explain what he was going to do and engaged my son in conversation, which helped ease any anxiety he had about sitting in the chair.
