I booked a ten o clock appointment for my son, on his birthday. It was a 2.5 hr time slot 10-12:30. My husband shows up and says someone was already i...n the chair and she thought our appointment was @ 11. My son had a birthday party that afternoon and waiting was not an option. She did end up doing my husbands hair after that person. Her work is really good. I won’t deny that! That’s why she gets three stars instead of zero. Had it not been for the double booking she would have gotten five. However, I’m still upset that my son couldn’t have his hair done for his party. It took her longer than expected to do my husbands hair as well. She started his head at 1:30 and he wasn’t done till about 5 something. So be mindful of that as well. But again I do like her work. I do and did apologize for the wait…. But again I don’t only have appointments through Booksy… for I do have clients who book me in advance through my work number so all my appointments don't show on my calendar...when I receive this booking I was at work… which I work 3rd shift as well… I do apologize for the inconvenience… I did feel bad myself that I couldn’t do your sons hair for his birthday…I am willing to make it up..
