Amazing service!! I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the hair was included (you only buy the pieces for the goddess) and she let me ship that to... her so I didn’t have to worry about it. When I got there, she was so nice and she made sure that I understood what I was getting and that we were aligned before we started. She restarted Scandal for me since I’d never watched it and even shared her bubbly with me. It was a great time but most importantly I love my hair!! Very grateful for a cute bday style. Talley did an AMAZING job on my hair. My parts are crispy, my braids are uniform, and I just feel finer than I already was before I sat in her chair! ...Her communication is fantastic.
