Came here for my first beard trim since the pandemic began and Frank did an amazing job, I told him I wanted my beard cleaned up but I also didn't wan...t to lose any length and he knew exactly what I wanted. I'm from out of state but if I lived in the area I wouldn't let anyone else touch my beard. Show more
Frank, the barber, said he could give me the haircut in the picture I showed him. After cutting my hair for the better part of an hour, he backs out o...f the haircut (!) saying, "I'm uncomfortable trying to cut your hair like [in the picture]."...Dude..you've been cutting my hair for 45 minutes. It's too late to back out! I was in disbelief at how Frank left my hair. It looked like a hobos'. Frank gave me a 50% discount, but I should have walked out without paying. Show more

Worst haircut I’ve gotten in my life. Frank is a lovely gentleman, but his haircuts are terrible - without asking, he ran a trimmer randomly over the... top of my head in varying angles leaving my head looking like an unkempt field with uneven grass where cattle occasionally graze. I certainly won’t go there for a haircut again, and I’d recommend you don’t either. Show more
I had such a wonderful beard trim at Franks with Adream. The environment is spotless and well decorated. All of the equipment is clean and top notch. ...It is a family business that obviously really cares about their customers. They are willing to take the time to get you exactly what you want. I didn't like my experience in dealing with Frank at all. First of all I found him to be arrogant and neglectful. He neglected to trim my eyebrows, an...d when I got home I noticed and I phoned him to ask could I come back in to have them trimmed Because I have very thick eyebrows which I never had to actually ask any past barbers to trim. And he acted like I was being petty formy request. I would never go back to his shop. Show more
***WARNING*** By looking at the pictures, you may agree with my opinion that Frank does not know how to cut hair. For Google employees… Although I p...aid in cash, I asked a receipt so that I could prove that it was Frank, who cut my hair in the event this review is reported as not true. Frank cut my hair on Monday, March 6th, and I asked him to cut as minimum as possible the length of my hair and the same height all around. However, he cut the sides (below the ears) short and the back he left longer. When I reminded him what I had asked him to do, he told me that he was not done yet. Then, just look at the pictures to see what he did afterwards. When I started crying for what he had done to my hair, he told me that he was a barber. Then, I asked him why he did not tell me that he was only a barber before he cut my hair. His answer was that he did the best he could. Frank told me several times in different ways, the hair cut he did was the best he could do it. In my opinion, Frank’s hair cut was the worse hair cut I have ever had in my entire life. Show more
