Not reliable. Long time client and was blown off not once, but twice. Booked all my appointment around their schedule to yet again have it changed las...t minute with no notice. I am so sick of it and will find someone else to cut my hair as clearly I am not appreciated as a client. I rely on folks to show up when I schedule 3 haircuts in advance to accommodate their schedule. Note to David... if you can't commit to your own schedule, then don't take appointments. Thanks!
