Kids Cut

Do not book with this shop. I scheduled a haircut appointment for my son with Corey today at 6pm, he confirmed and took Payment in advance for the ser...vice, but when I arrived to his shop at 5:40pm, it was closed. I called several times, text, and no response. I am so upset, because what business does that. Book somewhere else, but not here. I need you to process my $30 refund quickly Corey. This is so unprofessional. ***APPOINTMENT WAS CLEARLY CONFIRMED.*** Never been to your shop, nice try though, & never will after experiencing this. I previously scheduled once for last week on Thursday, paid through this app and forgot about the appointment. I called your shop and apologized for missing the appointment and told you I would rescheduled, and that’s what I did. Take accountability; As a professional this was COMPLETELY unprofessional as was your response to YOUR error. Do better. If you know you’re going to be out for the day, close your bookings. You never got a confirmation for your booking, you requested an appointment you didn't have one. That's like sending your doctor a voicemail and expecting an appointment. I never took any money from you that's a lie. I knew I would be at Echo Glen cutting the juveniles licked up there. Apologies for the inconvenience to you check your account. You obviously like the way I cut or you would not have came back a week later a little miscommunicationter is all. 😉
