The nail tech I scheduled with took days to accept the appointment. She then asked for a different time. The morning of my appointment she said she co...uldn't make it. My appointment was for 9:00 am. She wanted to move it to 2 pm. Apparently she thinks I don't have a life and can make her time management issues my priority in life. Very unprofessional! Show more

Hey Samuel, I noticed your service was almost a month ago. I spoke with the tech who serviced you and unfortunately sometimes things get double booked. We try our best to not have this happen but we aren't perfect. She said she still offered to do what she can and you agreed, she also heavily discounted your service for the inconvenience. We are sorry this happened. Letting us know a month later is a bit strange, none the less I hope you understand our point of view and consider giving us anotherg shot.
