I do apologize for the experience you endured. Again if you do feel i am not doing something right, as the client and the person coming out of pocket please speak up, closed mouths dont get fed once again. I have a mirror on me at all times if you do choose to see your hair and w/e does not work for you. Its my job to meet your standards, I do admit i tried a new loc technique due to you originally booking twits with no time to get your loc hair, so if it didnt accomodate you i apologize. I am always more than happy to fix or change anything there is a problem with, its just communicating. Just as we did to reschedule your appointment multiple times feel free to reach out after about anything as well. Again thank you, im glad another review was able to influence you to let me know how you felt. I do offer travel services if my home surroundings aren't to your liking. I finally got my first bad review which excites me, let me know what i could work on to do better 😁. With respect though please read the description and what I’m needing as well. I ask for hair to b washed and blow dried, which is usually not done, if i dont have the time for add ons and u didnt book for them originally im not going to do it and most likely your style will not come out right. I have two jobs to get the style you desire you have to work with me and do your part. You have hair longer than your pinky but i cant tell because your hair wasn’t properly blow dried out or at all even so just please read and come as instructed to avoid things like this. Also I have mirrors throught the space and hand you one to see throughoutgh if you have a dislike with anything speak up, closed mouths dont get fed. Other than i will work on my communication as far as what im needing as well. Im not going to deny someone who came out there way to get to me but i will not do more free of charge and with time i dont have because your lazy
