DONT COME HERE! I called to make an appointment at 10am and minutes after they called me and said they made a mistake and ask me to move it at 1pm a...nd I agreed. The day of the appointment the lady called me again in the morning to see if I can move it again at 10am because the client cancel and I still say YES. I showed up at 10 am and the girl literally FORGOT to put me on the list and there was another girl sitting down doing her nails already and she just say “sorry I made a mistake I can give you 10% discount next time” !!! TERRIBLE way to waste time and manage a business I got super upset and came to a different place Show more

I had a few wonderful experiences with Russian manicures at other salons. My manicures did not chip and my cuticles remained relatively healthy with n...o hangnails for over 6 weeks. I think it could have lasted even longer. I saw a 10% off promotion & decided to try it out thinking I would have the same experience. The lady who did my nails did not do a Russian technique. She did not use the long scissors to cut my cuticles and used the nippers instead, which cause hangnails to develop within a couple weeks. She also did not push back my cuticles. The prep of the nail bed and cuticles is what makes the Russian manicure last long. Within FOUR days my gel manicure was no longer shiny/ gray cast developed (looked matte), which has never happened before. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and no matter what I do with my nails they have never resulted in this way. I messaged them on IG and they offered to put a top coat on. The salon is far from me so I did not end up going for the top coat. This is my third week and you can see the photos speak for themselves. My friend also had her manicure done here and they started to bubble within a week. Show more

I had high hopes for this salon, but my experience was incredibly disappointing. I’ve had Russian manicures at other salons before, but this place was... closer to work and more convenient. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. First, the technician didn’t speak English, which made communication very difficult. I tried to explain that my nails were looking lumpy and excessively thick while she was applying the hard gel, but she insisted it would all look fine in the end. It didn’t. The appointment took an exhausting 2.5 hours for a Russian hard gel manicure, which is excessive. The final result was awful—my nails were misshapen, extremely thick, and still lumpy, just as I had pointed out earlier. Frustrated and out of patience, I left without asking for corrections, hoping the manicure would at least last the usual 3–4 weeks. To my disappointment, the hard gel started cracking on almost every nail within just two weeks, and my natural nails cracked along with it. I went back to the salon to have the gel removed and my nails cut down completely because they were so damaged. Shockingly, the staff claimed they hadn’t done the initial manicure, even though I provided proof of payment. After they agreed to remove the gel, my nails were left painfully short, and cracked deeply on the sides. One positive though, they did not charge me for the removal and manicure due to the horrific condition of the hard gel. This entire experience was a nightmare, and my nails are now in terrible condition. Show more
I’m writing this a month after the gel mani and pedi that I got because I cannot believe how long they lasted- I think the longest ever for me ! No ch...ipping. Will def go back when I am back in LA Show more
