The Braiders are 17 years of age, it’s a new hair business, but not new braiders. We intend to be professional so we definitely apologize for this not being to your liking, the ends of the braids were braided all the way down multiple times each time asked,including the extra unpaid two hours spent fixing what was asked, for this style specifically we will admit that due to the permed hair and blunt cut ends blending and tucking the braids was difficult, and the two out of three stylists that were there did have the supplies need and and used what we had with us, along with was offed to be used by the client in their home, we appreciate your feedback although attempting to short the finalized and agreed upon payment price including the travel fee. 50% for the next appointment was offered due to our delay and the client received a message and call informing that we would be delayed on our way 30 minutes before the appointment and when it came to pay for the service client told us we'd be doing the 50% and gave the 50% which was not agreed upon along with a rude demeanor the entire appointment, while we stayed responsible, respectful and professional even during the discussion of payment, We do ask in the future it would be preferred that we are not booked by this client again.
