Juan is hands down the best person I’ve ever trusted to board my dog — and I genuinely don’t plan on taking my pup anywhere else. He followed every i...nstruction I gave to a T, from covering the crate with a blanket to making sure my dog waited calmly before being released to eat. Throughout the day, he sent consistent updates, including photos and videos, and kept me informed about everything — from naps to playtime. Juan even shared detailed info about their walks, including the exact route, distance, and duration. He played fetch, gave my dog tons of cuddles, and made sure he felt loved and cared for the entire time. He was watching a couple of other dogs as well and he managed to give each of them individual attention and care without missing a beat. Juan is truly amazing, and anyone would be lucky to have him care for their fur baby. Show more
