Worst hair salon. They don't even know what they are doing. They left my hair bleaching since 3pm till 9pm and didn't even acknowledge me or checked o...n my hair. They burned my hair and it broke off. I went back to see if they can fix it, they just told me to go to church and pray for my hair. They are unprofessional, non licensed, and disrespectful. I paid more than $300 for them to ruin my hair. They didn't even want to refund me. Now I have to resort to a lawsuit for malpractice. Show more
I came here twice and after the second time I won't be coming back. The first time I came in I got a french manicure with tips and a pedicure. None of... the stylists/techs speak English which really sucks because when you're trying to tell them what you want and want some opinions on what they think, it's very hard to communicate. Only one person barely speaks English so he can translate. The second time I went there I only got a gel manicure, but needed a soak off from the previous appt. I waited 4 HOURS 4!!! I told them I could wait. The guy said to give him a few minutes. Every person was busy doing nails and hair. After waiting 3 hours I went up to him and asked if they can start the soak off, so then one of the hair stylist started drilling the acrylic off and did it too deep that one of my fingernails was sensitive when the other nail tech did the prep. was told that they have to soak off for 15 to 20 mins. I waited 40 mins until the nail tech could actually do my nails. Every time I wanted to say something, it needed to be translated which is very annoying because the guy that I had to be the messenger didn't seem to understand what I wanted either. When the tech did the French line it was shaky and didn't look like a smooth curve. One of my thumbs looked bad and as if each layer of polish was applied in different layers. When it came to paying, I asked him how much, he said $40. I asked him if he can give me some money off, like a discount for waiting 2 hours and being there longer than intended. He only gave me $2 off. Wtf. If you want to wait a VERY LONG TIME and speak with people that can't really communicate English well or at all, then go there, if not don't walk near it, run!! Show more

This was my first time going to Luvi’s Beauty Salon and I enjoyed everything about my experience! The place was so clean looking and pretty. The vibes... of the employees was so nice and welcoming, all smiles. I was serviced by Sara and I’m pretty sure she gave me the best mani/pedi I’ve had. She was so thorough and took her time.
