I really enjoyed myself. This is THE SPOT for MEN! I’ve been to massage and spa businesses before, but NOTHING tops the experience I had today! BIG S...HOUT OUT to my amazing and beautiful wife for finding this GEM! We drove nearly 2 hours to get here and it was absolutely WORTH the trip. They are a fairly new business but you wouldn't know it based on the professionalism, efficiency and overall great customer experience that they delivered. I wish I could give them TEN stars because that’s exactly what they earned! I’ll definitely be back when I come back to Orlando. GREAT JOB ladies! I called about a walk- in was told there was immediate availability. I arrived and waited in a dark room for 45 min. They even made me an appt when I ...got there for the books, and they were still inattentive. The lady at the front (manager maybe- not a very good one) looked at me when I left after NOT being serviced, smiled and thanked me for coming. She didn’t even remember after 45 min who I was. She sits on her cell the whole time. It’s a crao deal anyway. Good luck! Show more

I recently visited this men's "luxury" spot, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations of a high-end experience. While they do have luxury-br...anded items, the overall ambiance and setup don’t reflect true luxury. The atmosphere felt more casual, with loud conversations and hype music that made it difficult to fully relax. Even during our massage—while the service itself was great—we could hear people talking loudly in the hallway, which took away from the experience. There is also no privacy if you are getting a manicure or pedicure. As soon as you walk in, you can see everyone receiving these services, which takes away from the exclusivity and relaxation expected at a luxury spa. The service was good but not excellent. The manicure and pedicure were well done, but the organization and attention to detail could be improved. One of the technicians asked another technician to take over my friend’s pedicure, which caused delays. Additionally, since I opted out of a manicure because I had gel on my nails, I was left waiting instead of being offered an alternative service to make better use of my time. We had originally booked a special package of services scheduled from 1 PM to 4 PM, but due to timing issues and poor organization, we had to reschedule one of the services included in the package. We had planned our day based on the time provided and had other commitments. The overall scheduling process felt inefficient, and the check-in system was outdated, relying on a notebook and pen instead of a computerized system. When we finished our services, there were no more guests, and all the staff was hanging out in the reception area, which felt very unprofessional. The dress code of the staff was also questionable, with some of the women wearing very short skirts and shorts, which didn’t align with the luxury branding they promote. Another concern was the lack of secure lockers. There were no codes or locks provided, making it feel unsafe to leave personal belongings. We also noticed another couple who left due to long wait times. We overheard them complaining that they were repeatedly told, “just 15 more minutes,” but kept waiting longer. Overall, this is an okay spot for a standard service, but if you're looking for a true luxury experience with a relaxing and private atmosphere, this may not be the best choice. Show more

I attended this location on 1 March 2025 as a walk-in. I was greeted very well and opted for the pedicure. Fellas, the time and detail that was put in...to my service after the guided tour of the facilities was superb. They are all very attentive, and I will most definitely be going back.. Show more
