Kaya did a great job on my lamination brow and tint. She took her time to make it very precise. I would definitely recommend this service!

I was asked to leave a review and I’m gonna leave an honest one! Just got my brows done by Kaya today she was pleasant, kind and they looked amazing ...I thought until I got home and washed my face. I was letting my eyebrows grow out for 2 months because of the last place I went to shortened them. My left eyebrow was botched and covered up with fill in.To have a bald spot in my left eyebrow is by far the worst eyebrow wax experience I’ve had!!! I even purchased an eyebrow product from them and left a hefty tip as I always do at places. Mistakes do happen, but to just say nothing about it and then allow me to pay, purchase product, tip and leave is wrong in every way! There is no excuse nor reason to not say anything! There was another young lady watching her and for her to say nothing is horrible! In order to have a successful thriving business we must take ownership of good/bad! If ownership was offered I probably would’ve given it another try, but because I was played for a dumb customer, like I wouldn’t go home and wash my face I would not return! It’s a sad shame when we try to support one another and this is how it ends! We all know when leaving a review we must choose at least one star! Show more
