Where do I even start….I sat in the chair for a whole work shift. Just to have my hair ruined. $10 off was not a good discount giving I had to spend m...ore money fixing hair (on my birthday) Not only that but VERY uncomfortable. The work environment was unprofessional, felt as if though I was getting my hair done in the hood. Unprofessional conversations had in the workplace. Raunchy dancing , kids all in your space. Loud in my ear having rude conversations. If you guys don’t mind a work environment like this, then by all means… don’t allow my experience to ruin your booking. Just a heads up for any future clients with my full transparency. I will not be going back the conversations that were had were not for work. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your experience. I hope that you can find someone that fits your needs. Please keep in mind that you were over an hour late to your appointment. This didn't impact my ability to service you. As well as offering more than a $10 discount to accommodate you. I did my best to fix your hair multiple times until you were satisfied. Thank you for booking, I wish that we could have found a better solution.
