Good customer service but BEWARE she will try to switch the price on you after your service is done. I called and was told $60 for 4 feed-in cornrows.... I showed her the picture upon arrival, after we were done she said it’s $100 because I wanted the ends of my 4 braids wrapped into buns. Something I’m fully capable of doing in my kitchen. My sister had the same experience after they made the braids longer than she requested. Show more

Did my sewin horrible my part was Crocket and leave out didnt blend she did not apply my lashes correctly and charge me extra for that place is really... small and bathroom was filthy I will not be doing business with her ever again Show more
The barber that works there is rude and disgusting. The salon had a horrible smell and when i asked how much i owed the barber, he took advantage and ...over charged me. Only went there once and will never go again! Show more

I absolutely love my braids! I provided photos of the style I wanted, and she served exactly what I requested. THEY EVEN WASH YOUR HAIR HERE which som...e of us may know is rare these days. My appointment was at 9:30am. I was immediate seated, washed, and styled. This place is a diamond, and I’m so happy I came here. Very pleasant atmosphere with great laughter. I have been here about 4 or 5 times each time there is some type of problem, this last time I went it was awful. I had called to book an appt on Wedne...sday afternoon asking for a Saturday appt. She said okay and asked if I could come at 9? I said sure, then called Friday afternoon to confirm for the next day and everything was still good. Saturday morning I get there at 9 she isn’t there so I wait, I end up wait and HOUR AND A HALF for her to get there. I called her and she said she was 6 min way but had to wait 30 more mins. Then when we got inside she didn’t give me an apology or explanation just handed me off to another women that was there. If all this wasn’t bad enough the lady wash and dried my hair with PAPER TOWLES!! Then I was judge and made fun of for my hair. A few weeks ago I got starter locs and came to get a rewist. When I left the first time I got no intructions on how to maintain the locs or anything so I had to do my own research and figure it out myself and they had the nerve to stand there and judge me instead of helping. Plus every time I went before Dyca has been late or short handed. I would have to clear my whole day because I would never know what she was doing. She needs to learn how to treat customers that are her friends or family! NEVER GOING BACK!!! They should be ashamed of themselves for treating people like this. How would she feel if someone did this to her? Show more

This place saved the day!! I called this morning well before opening time due to a last minute cancellation from another salon. I was desperate, as I ...leave for vacation tomorrow and wanted small knotless braids. These ladies squeezed me in and were SO FRIENDLY and QUICK once I arrived to my appointment time. My hair is super neat and just how I imagined, and I had wonderful conversations with all of the ladies I encountered. I can’t say enough great things about this place, but I highly recommend!!!
