      This service is for clients who’ve missed the 5-7 root touch up mark and have been overdue for a root touch up! If your roots are 2 inches long and start curving to the shape of your head- please select this service! For new Clients this does not apply to you please select global bleach first session.

    • Global bleach 1st session

      This service is an all over bleach out from scalp to ends! It takes 8 hours to complete! Normally on the first session you do not get the desired color you want until the 2nd or 3rd. We specialize in doing mainly global bleach over other techniques because if your hair is naturally dark/Black this to us at raw studios is the most efficient way to get you to your desired color with the least amount of damage! Upon your appointment, please know you WILL NOT BE LEAVING THE SALON WITH ALL BLEACHED BLONDE HAIR, as we do lift your whole head blonde we normally will end up giving you a shadow root if that’s what you want!, which means were giving you a darker root color! Please know this technique is very versatile in the way we color your hair at the end of the service! If you have dark hair and want to go lighter please know that it is a process. Our team can get you there in 2 sessions generally, and the 3rd is a perfecting session! Please think of this 1st session as a transition color into your desired color. If you have BOXED DYED your hair, please know that we can take you BUT, the process to get you to the desired color will be longer. ALSO THERE ARE NO PROMISES THAT WE CAN GET YOU TO YOUR DESIRED COLOR IF YOU HAVE BLACK BOXED DYED YOUR HAIR BLACK!!! You also much be WILLING TO CUT YOUR hair! please do keep this in mind when scheduling! If you did box dye your hair and want an in person consultation please select that service! When you come on your 1st session with raw studios we will give you three options your hair will fall under when lifting your hair with bleach: ABOVE AVERAGE: this means, if your hair lifted amazing, there are no signs of banding and your canvas is clean you’ll be able to get your color AVERAGE: this means it lifted decent, you have banding but it’s manageable then We’ll be coloring your hair a warmer blonde,pink champagne blonde, an ash brown ,or pink! You can decide! We color it on the warmer side instead of Ashy side because your hair will turn green and most people do not like that. This is also to ensure your hair fades beautifully until your 2nd session In 6 weeks! BELOW AVERAGE: this means your hair did NOT LIFT WELL, it’s stained, banding is very prominent and very visible! If you are in this category, the only option we have is to color you a dark brown until your 2nd session 6 weeks from your 1st. PLEASE ALSO BE AWARE OF (360+) for PRICING! It means that it STARTS AT 360, not that your whole session is 360! Please DO NOT GET THIS CONFUSED! RANGES BY LENGTH! SHORT HAIR: 360-400 MEDIUM HAIR: 450-500 LONG HAIR: 500-600 Also prices can change upon the day of your service for any additional add ons! Where do I begin! I’ve had two sessions with Catherine so far, who is now an independent stylist for Voltage Hair Studios. Before meeting her, my hair... wasn’t in its best condition until I reached out to this stylist! For both sessions she has been so amazing, kind and understanding!The studio itself is very clean and comfortable. The interior is so welcoming and very cute! When you book with Catherine, it’s a very one-on-one session, meaning it’s just you and the stylist. This is very different from what I’ve experienced with other stylists or going to other salons where there’s multiple people so it feels very much more private and intimate. As an introverted and nervous person myself, this is very ideal for me and could be for you too! She is first and foremost clean and safe with her tools and communicates with you while doing your hair to make sure you are comfortable. Not only does she listen to what you want done with your hair, she gives her own feedback on what would be achievable for your hair in a healthy process. I’ve been to a handful of stylists beforehand and what makes Catherine different from those stylists/salons is that she shows that she cares about your hair from how you want it done to maintenance- she truly cares about her own craft and her clients. I suggest if you are looking for a more intricate look such as dying your hair or doing more out of your comfort zone type of hair do- be sure to contact the stylist beforehand to discuss about what you want and give reference photos and the state of your hair as well. I’ve done that for both of my hair sessions and in doing so, it gives the stylist time to do research on their end so they can achieve what you want. Since my hair wasn’t in the best condition, I’ve asked Catherine for her thoughts on what to do with my hair or what products she suggests etc. and she’s been so accommodating to my needs and she gives me her creative vision and advice to make my hair journey possible. Overall, she is a well rounded, flexible person and she is very understanding, kind and professional with her job. I HIGHLY recommend Voltage Hair Studios to anyone. I truly can’t wait for my next session with Catherine! I will also be showing pics from my first and second hair session! Show more

This review is long overdue, Jennalene has an amazing talent for taking a picture I show her and giving me more than I expected. She is able to take A...sian hair, bleach it to that pale banana color and correct any bands in a session. My hair looks and feels fantastic every time I leave her chair. I'm impatiently waiting for the opening of her new salon, 💡 Voltage Hair Studios (as soon as local laws allow it). In the meantime, here's the purple with magenta ombre color she did for me. I love every color as my hair color fades to a lovely ashy gray. Even during the pandemic, I get compliments on my hair even with the overgrown roots. 💕 Show more

I've been going to Jennalene for almost a year now. I originally had highlights in my hair and wanted a lighter silver. She was able to transform my h...air with a couple of sessions (mainly for color correction). Since then, I've changed my hair color to blush, silver and now I'm a darker grey. I am obsessed with my hair! Jennalene is so incredibly talented! My hair was virgin, black, thick, one layer and to my waist. Her and her team rocked ...my transformation and blessed me with a metallic lavender in ONE session. The day spent at RAW studios was so fun, comfortable, and inviting. This review is long over due but in the mean time, I've now faded down to a gorgeous silvery tone that is to die for. The quality is too good. My hair still feels so luscious and healthy. I can't wait for my touchup and to come back and hang out every 6 weeks. Which I don't know how my hair can get any better. I love how it evolves with each wash thus far. Thanks again! Xo Show more

Jennalene is an amazing, talented, and super friendly hairstylist. Over a year ago, i was growing out my roots after having a bad experience at anothe...r hair salon. I then found Jennalene through Instagram and was so amazed by all her works. I messaged her with pictures of my old hair asking for her opinions. She advised me to grow out my roots more, and I did! I waited a couple months then messaged her again. I finally got to be in her chair! She’s truly amazing. I went from virgin dark hair to blonde after 8 hours and my hair still feels good. I’ve been coming back to her every 6 weeks for roots touch up. Today we did a little color makeover for our 1 year “hairniversary” ( ash blonde to purple), and I’m super happy about it.
