I’ve been to this salon a total of 3 times. I will never come here again. The white, big uneven short nails was the first time one of the lady’s did m...y nails when I asked for French tips. It clearly was terrible and that photo was the end result. They have a lady named Helen fix them because I was unhappy. So this time I go to Helen & asked for Halloween theme nails for my birthday. I gave her 4 inspos that were all similar in style and this is what I get. She rushed me out the chair because she had to go & left my nails messed up. She had the nerve to call them “cute”, she could have just said it was hard to do. Tbh, it’s my fault for even coming back here. Never ever ever coming here again. Don’t waste your time. Show more

Hi the reason why my Nail tech charge your service $70 because this time you select deluxe pedicure with gel color ( $50 deluxe pedicurexe + $20 Gel color) and last time your service signature pedicure with Gel $38 +20 = $58 I’m sorry and thanks for your services.

Unfortunately, I got my nails done yesterday and she did a good job on them and design besides the fact that they look a week old already, I had to te...xt her and show the pictures and I am going back to fix them but that’s extra time I didn’t have to go back to fix them. Next week I am going on a trip for my birthday and went on my day off to do it, next week they will look 2 weeks old and I didn’t like how they already look old. Removing so much the edges I also got multiple cuts on my skin. At least she will fill the edges and have the polish property covering my nails, but I am disappointed Show more

I came 10 minutes early for my appointment trying to respect her time as I am a new customer. I waited for 20 minutes past my appointment time and whe...n I explained what I wanted she explained they didn’t currently have the color I was requesting. Then she filed my toe nail down and ended up having to put acrylic on my toe because’ of the mistake. I was requesting a small white line and even provided a picture. She even said she liked a certain color and suggested I like it. I told her I like what I like. Nonetheless she begin to catch an attitude . I know she was talking bad about me and complaining about me. They kept asking me where I was from. I asked is it in an issue to know what I want because I’m the one paying for it. She called another employee to finish with y feet. Even after showing the picture they did what they wanted. Now I’m 54.00 less with nothing I asked for. I came in mainly for my nails and you charge me 25.00 for asking for my base to be brown and a small like straight across is absolutely price gouging and you did it out of spite but you be blessed .
