Scheduled a cut and unfortunately my hair was not blended/faded with the person I scheduled with. I didn’t freak out as normal people would and I said... it was not faded. The owner himself, Marcus, noticed it was not to his standard and fixed my cut himself while teaching the staff member. Once I was done he told me not to pay and it was on the house. My hair looks awesome and I don’t think that there is ANY reason to down this business for a small mistake that was corrected. Thanks again Marcus and Mammoth, I’m going to book again! Show more

I went in for a haircut and beard trim, but they were running about 40 minutes behind schedule. In my opinion, there was nothing that made Mammoth sta...nd out. It was a decent cut, but competitors often provide “extras” like a hot towel, hair wash, and shoulder massage—all for less than half the price of Mammoth. While they did use a straight razor on my neck, the cream was uncomfortably ice cold. Additionally, places like Valor 3 or 18|8 usually include a complimentary beverage, such as cold brew coffee or beer, which Mammoth did not offer. Show more

Fitz is always wonderful and delivers exactly what you are asking for. He gets 5 stars always. Highly recommend. My oldest son was switched to Marcus... unexpectedly and he did a great job. My other son was switched to Justin unexpectedly last minute and he was shown detailed pictures and detailed instructions about deep point cutting so that it wasn't straight across. He looked at the pictures several times so it is confusing as to why he gave him the carbon copy of Jim Carey's Dumb and Dumber haircut. I'd include a picture but he's a little kid and not his choice. Highly disappointed in that. Once it grows a little, Fitz will be fixing it but now I'm going to be paying for two haircuts. I don't like to write reviews like this, but it is what it is. Show more
