From the entrance, the experience was TOP TIER! David and Johnnie greeted me at the door. Welcomed me in to the shop. David had to step away, and... Johnnie promptly asked if I’d like a cup of water. THIS IS TOP TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE. David was my barber and man, what a professional. He took our consultation seriously, and made sure to check in occasionally during the cut. MY CUT IS 🔥! Was really disappointed with the service I received. When I arrived, the barber that I requested (Miguel) passed me on to a barber that was clearly no...t as seasoned; only I realized this mid-way into my lineup. He ended up ruining my hairline and side fade. I brought it to his attention once I noticed, and he tried to fix it, but only made it worse. I will credit his professionalism, at least, as the new barber was definitely cordial and respectful from start to finish. I personally don’t blame him, which is why I won’t mention his name out of respect, but I always find it frustrating when a barber passes you off to someone you don’t know after you chose that barber for a reason. I wasn’t a walk-in, I did my research on his work before choosing him. Hate this was the end result, as I was hoping to make them a permanent home, but i personally can’t come back after this experience. Show more
