Hi Carrie I’m sorry you felt that way at no point were you disturbing me. I was in the middle of doing someone nails and trying to explain to you that we had an emergency with or other nail tech and I was trying to get my appointments as well as Hers in and situated. Although I did mention i was busy the rest of the day since it was already 5:30 I did mention that I would have time today. I understand you were very upset and I’m sorry emergency sometimes come up we tried our best to work around everyone schedule when posible. Sorry again you felt this way
