Today was my first time here, and I’ll be back! Everything was super clean, and she did an amazing job!
Naj did an amazing job with my eyebrows. I love the way they turned out! Highly recommend!!
I came here to get my eyebrows threaded a few months ago & I held off posting a review, because I didn’t want to be that person. The Owner was very ve...ry kind, but overbooked. Yes, She had her 2 children there with a playpen out in the open, but that didn’t bother me personally. I was disappointed because she gave me a specific appointment time to come & I still waited over 20 minutes to get served, but the Biggest Complaint I have (Which I told this to her) was a sanitary concern. I wanted my eyebrows threaded, & I watched her use the same eyebrow spoolie brush to comb through everyones eyebrows & She didn’t even disinfect the spoolie brush in between clients at the very least. To me that’s a HUGE sanitary issue. Before she touched my eyebrows I kindly asked her to get a new brush, and she did without any issue, But I should not have had to ask for sanity accommodations. I’ve been coming to Naj for 5+ years now. I stop coming as much because every time I go a new problem arise. She’s always distracted with her phone or... kids or even other customers. My eyebrows enhance my face so I get upset when it’s not done the way I know she can do it. Show more
This was by far the worst threading experience I’ve had. Super rough, kept breaking her threading string, didn’t apply aloe and made my eyebrows uneve...n! The most I’ve payed for eyebrows just for it to be the worst experience! Show more

Terrible! 1st time I came, I saw two people sitting down and two baby playpens. The two people didn’t even acknowledge me so I walked out. The 2nd tim...e I called not realizing it was the same place, I asked what time she closed she said 6 pm and said that I could come at 5:30 pm. I get there at 5:19 and the door is locked. She had two hand written notes on the door saying she was open until 6 pm. I proceed to call one of the numbers on the door, no answer. I proceeded to visit Rosa Eyebrow threading which has never given me any problems. I’m pretty sure all the 5 star reviews are fake. I’ve never, ever dealt with such rude service. I’m surprised this business is still open. Show more

Make sure next time you want your sister Don’t Come my salon these Black people is so rude bad so Meen disrespect person ever seen. I was not trying to do your eyebrow because you are bad. First you ur eyebrow then you like it and then your sister did it..from beginning this was for us so disrespect. Thank you for being rude personality. I will be very happy if you & family don’t come back anymore. I don’t care work with bad people rude I will pray God will take care of all of this for you cArmen never forget for you
The place is ok but the professionalism is bad. This business has two websites w different times. The owner has 3 different pieces of palate w differ ...t hour of operation on the door. Point is I get there and it’s closed. I text and call the number the owner gives her excuse as to why she isn’t open and will be there at 11:15. Till 12 and still closed. So my time means nothing? I don’t know how long you know about me look like you are new. I am always busy with my work I have to answer to clients phone call or text message.Even I don’t have a one minute for myself. What are you talking about. I accept a only walking Eyebrow Threading you have to wait until I finish another Clints. And be patient. If not then you can go any place no problem
