Everything is great, until it's not. The actual service and experience are fine, but the customer service is extremely lacking. She changed my appoint...ment twice in the same day after I had to rearrange my entire schedule for that one appointment, twice! I had scheduled my services in a particular order, at a specific time, to get my services done for an event, which was clearly communicated before my booking. I was not able to complete the services in this timeline due to her cancelling MINUTES before my appointment, and I had a long drive to get to her space. She refused to refund me for the portion of the services that could not be completed, I have a very busy schedule as is, which was known to her. How much does it cost you to help your customer? Think about the money you would refund one time vs the amount you will make back if the customer continues to visit you? Basic small business principles. I tried to be extremely patient but there comes a point as a professional you have to acknowledge when you are wrong and when you could do better. Is it worth losing a good and paying customer? That's what usually sets apart good businesses from great ones, needless to say, I will never be returning again and will not be referring anyone here. I cannot guarantee them that they will have a flawless experience given the lack of accommodation made by the owner. I saw the numerous five star reviews and thought that nothing could go wrong, I would take heed to the lower rated reviews here and be cautious of the other options available in town, something I wish I would have done. McKenna was great for consult but they assigned me Joselyn and she didn’t do the service correctly. She was on her phone the whole time and cut my ses...sion short. I paid for 4 session and the 2 sweat ones with the blanket - but I cancelled them because I didn’t feel valued or important. I paid for all sessions up front. At my appointment Joselyn was already late because of a drop off situation that she had issues with. I just felt like a second thought and I was making the effort to drive an hour for the services. :( my whole session she was saying how she’s part time now that she’s going to start working somewhere else. I had Vanessa for my first visit and she was amazing - I wish I had her the whole time. It’s disappointing. I even referred my friend and her mom. Show more

I’m so sorry you felt the way you felt. Joselyn is no longer with us because we were having issues with her. I just wish you would have expressed the way you felt before making rational decisions and canceling procedures you paid for. I never received a text from you expressing the way you felt or your concerns. Your friend and her mom both expressed the way they felt to me and in return received two extra sessions on us (FREE) because of what went on with Joselyn.
