Frankie has been cutting my hair for about nine years now after my going through about five different barbers in the first ten years that I lived in F...lorida. For the first four years he was with World Barbers in town and when he opened his own shop I went with him. That in of itself should give you a pretty good idea of how much I like the way he does my hair. Not only is he a good barber but in less than five years he has gone from what was essentially a two barber shop to fourteen chairs that include a few specialty services. And he had the foresight to rent a space that was big enough to accommodate all that activity. So, the next time you plan to be in Saint Cloud and need a haircut, stop by the Empire Barber shop and see what I mean. But call first, though if Frankie is booked one of the other talented barbers will be able to give you a quality cut. Show more
