I was told to come in at 9, the place is hard to find if you don’t know what you’re looking for. I’m mobility impaired and the place isn’t exactly ADA... Compliant so it wasn’t comfortable for me waiting out in your hallway while you work on someone else after telling me I’d be your first appointment which was an hour before opening. Also you offered to pull me in once you set her up, that room isn’t much bigger than a bathroom stall, I have to o many underlying health conditions to share that small space with someone other than the technician. No shade…I realize you’re doing what you can, but health wise it’s not a great fit for me. Show more

I had only been to one other location for eyelash extensions and the lashes and experience seemed good, but the eyelashes would start falling out duri...ng the first week and were in NEED of refill by the second week, I assumed this was normal. I tried Kat through a Groupon because she was located much closer to me and I'm so glad I did. The eyelashes look better, cost less, and look good twice as long as my previous applications. I would definitely recommend for the reasons above. Show more
