I’ve been served by Royal three times, and each time the experience was fantastic. I highly recommend him! Excellent customer service is a must for me..., and Royal exceeded all my expectations. One important note: you need to arrive with your hair braided. Since I have thick hair, he wasn’t able to braid it down himself, but that wasn’t a deal breaker for me—I’m tender-headed and prefer to do it myself anyway. The atmosphere in the shop is clean and quiet, located in a safe neighborhood with plenty of parking in the lot next door. Royal is always professional, quick, and easy to communicate with. I also love that he minds his business and doesn’t engage in unnecessary chatter. As for his work? I’ll let the picture speak for itself! Show more
