I am very disappointed to have had my appointment cancelled without any proactive communication. I booked through the app and arrived for my appointm...ent. When I was there, I checked the app to learn my appointment had been cancelled. After booking the haircut, the app says grand opening moved from May 1 to May 7 - but on May 2nd I received an email that my appointment was confirmed. Very disappointed Show more

I apologize for the lack of communication. On April 30th I sent out a series of emails, text, and push notifications through the Booksy app to all clients whose appointments had to be canceled due to pending repairs on the new studio. I would like to thank you for bringing it to my attention that communication through Booksy is not sufficient for all clients. Moving forward, I will communicate with you and all clients directly to ensure something like this does not occur again.
