2 Week Classic Fill [NO OUTSIDE FILLS]

This is my second time with her. She was right on time to the appointment in both instances. I was there before her. This would not ordinarily bother ...me, however both times she has not had the supplies set up. This has caused the process of filling my lashes to start 10-15 minutes into the appointment. But, she is sure to finish right on time not to get behind. This in turn is causing my lashes to filling my lashes to not be completely filled. However, i am still paying for the full hour of service. This time around i expressed that my lashes were uneven and her solution was to remove lashes from one eye…. Not to fill the other…. Because SHE was behind with another client waiting. I have been getting my lashes done for years and i am very underwhelmed by her customer service and integrity in her work. Show more

I highly recommend Vero if you are considering lash extensions!! She always does an amazing job and makes you feel comfortable. She is very meticulous... and will always make sure that you leave with the style you want. Her lash retention rate is insane (my lashes last 3-4 weeks and still look very full!). The staff was extremely friendly and clean. I’m giving it four stars, because I have not had a Lyft and tent in a few years. I have blonde eyelashes a...nd sometimes it’s nice to not have to worry about that. However, the results were hard to gauge while there. It was not until further examination today, that they are not very lifted, and not very tinted. For the price of $100… I am extremely underwhelmed. However, I will consider going back and maybe trying a classic filll. The service just did not do anything for me and did not work. Show more
