The manicure itself was great but there is room for improvement on the operational side. I confirmed my appointment on the website but for some reason... had to separately confirm my payment once I got to my appointment so I had to go back and get my phone. When I tried to access the website on my phone, I was forced to download the Booksy app. And it was very difficult to find where I was supposed to confirm the payment. I should have been notified by email that I had an outstanding confirmation and there also should not be a separate payment confirmation, if you confirm the appointment you should be charged. My only other feedback is that there should be more variety of nail polish colors and brands, it was pretty limited, but my understanding is that this is not the technicians fault but rather what they were instructed to bring. We are frustrated too. So sorry for the inconvenience. Our first week with our start up process is always a bit confusing. We are working hard to make it as convenient as possible. Give us another shot - you won't be sorry!
