Wash and style for natural hair

Laura was on time and was very sweet. Usually I'm very quiet or keep to myself but we had some good conversations going on. Now I was very nervous abo...ut going to a hair salon and having someone else take care of my hair (I've been natural for about 4 1/2 years now) and putting heat in my hair and what not ā€” Laura shattered that nervousness/anxiety. Being there I realized that I am in desperate need of someone who knows about hair care to help me properly take care of my hair and essentially get me to my goal of healthy natural hair. The hair products she used had me going crazy bc they smelled AMAZING! She knew how to properly WASH MY HAIR. For a 4C hair textured girl that is KEY! We made the decision to cut ALL my dead ends and then some which is fine by me bc that will help my hair grow healthier (& longer). My hair was straightened and I was concerned about possible heat damage but I will say that after about of month (3weeks) of it being straightened & me rocking the short & straight as many different ways I can ā€” my fro came back and it may be me but it looks and feels healthier. And NO heat damage for this girl as well. So I can gladly say that I am looking forward to my next visit and next hair style! Show more
