Booked service via app. Everything was confirmed date and time. Upon arrival the address provided took me to an apartment complex. I was a little unsu...re and decided to give her a call. No answer. I texted, no answer. About five unanswered calls later I left. I drove 35 mins from the southwest side. I still haven't heard back or even got an apology. I understand things come up a call or text to cancel would of been fine. Very unprofessional. Show more
