Haircut

I have been getting my hair cut by this character for the past couple of months. I stumbled upon him by simply walking in and he was the only one cutt...ing “walk ins” that day. The 1st cut was well done, but his cuts are not consistent. Fast forward... The week of Thanksgiving I booked an appointment on Wednesday, for Saturday. I received reminder emails and texts regarding the appointment for Saturday at 6pm. Saturday comes and he decides he wants to not do his job. I spoke with him over the phone on Saturday afternoon and he asked me to come in earlier than 6pm. I told him that I was at work and couldn’t leave until 5pm. I get a text from him at 430pm, claiming that he was unable to follow through with his word due to it being “slow” at the shop and he stopped cutting at 3pm. How convenient! I texted him back letting him know how important the cut was for me, being that I was going to start a new gig that upcoming Monday. I called him up over the phone and the arrogance in his tone was telling me all I needed to know about him. He cried about how he wasn’t getting any customers, as if my 6pm appointment was irrelevant. His next excuse was that he had to pick his child up. Unprofessional. Again, I told him that I was starting a new job on Monday and needed a cut. I even told him that I could leave work right then and there (at this point it’s 435pm), and he still carried on the “oh well, I’m sorry, not sorry” attitude. Show more
