The address given was not correct. When i finally found the proper address on google, i got to the location, and still couldnt find the salon. I calle...d the lady i had spoken with about booking my appointment, and she informed me that they wouldnt be open until the 4th of august, and someone was supposed to call me to let me know beforehand. She was quite rude over the phone, and said someone named mimi would be in touch with me right away. This was 5 days ago. I have yet to recieve a call from anyone about rescheduling my appontment. A joke. Had an appointment yesterday after waiting nearly 5/6 weeks for it because they were super busy. (I had to reschedule from an earlier about tw...o months prior because I went to the wrong location). I was texting a rep I guess who gave me their new scheduling app...I booked it. Waited the longgg wait. I got an email and a text reminder the day before so I knew I was all set. Traveled one hour and 8 minutes on the metro on an 85 plus degree day, get there and call the number I had texted the month prior to see where to go. The person who answered seemed shocked and said there was no appointment today. I said i used the app this same number texted me and i got an email and a text reminder about this appointment. The woman on said she was going to call mimi or nini (or something like that) and tell her to reach out to me. I waited over 30 minutes before I left. It it now over a day later and NOT ONE PERSON has followed up with me. They can't be serious. Show more

Scam. Made me wait an entire month to schedule, no website, no business phone and everything is theough text. They cancelled on me my initial appt due... to "flooding" rescheduled for 2 days later and the destination point were apartments with a lock code. I called 4 times and the last 2 they forwarded my call. I texted ams got no response. Just people looking to waste your time and money. Show more
