Small Knotless braids

Awful. Unprofessional and unsanitary. My stylist was 20 minutes late with no heads up. Then I saw my stylist picking food out of her teeth and was goi...ng to continue doing my hair. I asked if she could wash her hands and she gave me an attitude about it. She raised her voice and asked if I thought her mouth was dirty. That's not the point putting your bodily fluids on someone without their permission is gross and thinking you should be able to is bonkers. I'm sorry but I don't want anyone's spit on me. I'm pretty sure that the utensils like combs and brushes are not cleaned after each client. She tried to blow dry my hair with a brush that had someone else's hair in it. I brought my own tools. I know it was someone else's hair because I was the first customer of the day. There is not a jar of barbicide in the place so no disinfectant either. This is very concerning and considering how she reacted about spit. I'm gathering she does not care about the safety of her customers. This is a health department issue. The appointment was a nightmare. I wont be back. If you book with yleida, watch very closely and you'll see the behaviors above. Show more

wow this review is shocking, youve been my client since july 2022, not once have you said ive been unprofessional or unsanitary. you came to me 3 weeks before this incident aswell. i asked your permission to go on a lunch break and when i came back you ASSUMED i was picking my teeth. neither was i late, & the comb situation was exaggerated because i scrub and disinfect all my tools after each use. & its very sad how suddenly you want to affect my business & my image. god bless. Sn: just like your hair needs to be protected also my mouth need to be protected for bacteria as

Magic Touch has gone above and beyond. I booked an appointment for goddess braids but got them done with human hair to make them Boho. My hair was bra...ided with human hair and then human hair curls and then I didn’t order enough hair and we had to stop and get more hair. Not only did my stylists spend several more hours than expected doing my hair, she never raised the price and when we ran out she drove me to the hair supply store. She went way above and beyond.
