The atmosphere was good and they were on time for the appointment. She cut my cuticles so low that I started bleeding. She didn’t understand English b...ut the guy told her and I still ended up getting cut too low. The buffer wasn’t fresh either. Nail Box Girls is truly in a league of their own! As a loyal customer, I recently made the mistake of going “somewhere else” because it was more conve...nient at the time. Big mistake! The structured manicure I got there started lifting after just one day. That experience reminded me that no one compares to the quality and artistry at Nail Box Girls. I immediately went back, this time booking with Jenny for the first time, fully realizing they’re the best nail artists in Miami. Jenny did a fantastic job—her attention to detail is unmatched—but after three days, the polish lifted again. At that point, I thought the issue might be me. Despite that, I reached out to the salon, and the manager/owner was so kind and attentive. They invited me to come back, no hesitation. I couldn’t book right away, but after seven days, I couldn’t stand my nails anymore. Even though they were fully booked, they squeezed me in with Jenny again. She was so patient and went above and beyond to ensure my nails would last. She took her time, showed so much care, and once again gave me perfection. When I went to pay, I was honestly expecting a small discount since I didn’t just fix my nails—I got a whole new structured manicure. But to my shock, the manager/owner didn’t charge me at all. They didn’t take a single penny! This was completely unexpected, and it blew me away. They stand behind their work and treat their customers like family. It’s rare to find a business with this level of integrity and care, especially in such a competitive industry. Nail Box Girls is hands down the BEST nail salon in Miami—actually, the best anywhere! If you’re in Miami or even out of state, they are 100% worth the trip. Jenny is absolutely incredible, and the entire team is top-notch. They’ve earned my respect, my loyalty, and my highest recommendation. If you want perfect nails and unmatched service, Nail Box Girls is the place to go! Show more
