This young man is usually punctual and professional. NOT THIS TIME. I made an appointment for 12:00 pm today and arrived on time. Conversely, as I was... walking in (literally), he had someone in his chair. It looked like he started this person's cut moments before I walked in. I sat there for 30 mins, hoping he would at least acknowledge me and ask one of the other barbers to cut me. He did not. He was cutting this persons hair, yukking it up, and having a great time. I booked an appointment at the time I booked it for, as I have other responsibilities to tend to. I couldn't wait any longer and walked out. He mumbled something like, "I'm almost done." No, you weren't. You and the guy continued blabbering and yukking it up and having more of a grand time. Although I won't be back, I still wish you well. Show more

I apologize for the experience. I was completely unaware that you felt that I was rushing. We had a few conversations. One being that you wanted to bring the top much lower. We went over a couple different options before we decided on a number 2. However being that you have been to me about 20 times yourself, I have done your haircut enough times that it might not take me the full 30 minutes complete it. I did reach out immediately after the review via text to see what I could do to improve your experience, being that youve been to me 20 times. But no response.
