Disappointing Experience – Wouldn’t Return This was my first and last visit here. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time with no communication,... nearly leaving before the esthetician finally came out to apologize for running late. A simple text or update would have been the bare minimum. Unfortunately, the service itself felt rushed. Despite the Hydrofacial description listing a jelly mask and scalp massage, I didn’t receive either. Given the long wait and incomplete service, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. This was my first wax and I did a lot of research a head of time to be prepared and it was great. I did take pain med drinks lots of water and exfolia...te two days ahead and all that work it didn’t hurt really at all. I will definitely be back. I’m booking my next appointment right now. Michelle was super professional and fast and answered any questions I had. If you’re looking for great results and quick appointments with someone that makes you comfortable come here.
