2 previous experiences were positive however, the appointment made through Booksy was not. The stylist did not show up for the appointment and did not... respond to a text inquiring if she’d be there or not. Nor did she call to cancel or reschedule. Not a good business practice. A simple response to the text asking if you were going to make it or cancel would have been the professional thing to do .You didn’t think enough of me to respond but will after getting a review??? That speaks a lot! Besides that, you have implemented a cancellation fee if appointments are cancelled less than 24 hours of the appointment. At which point, a charge equal to about 3/4th of the cost is automatically debited. What recourse does the patron have for a no show stylist? I received a confirmation electronically and find it hard to believe that you, as a business owner wasn’t notified. At any rate, don’t be bitter get better about communicating. And yes, I leave good, bad, or “need improvement” reviews for any business. White, Af American, Caribbean, Asian it’s about professionalism. Be blessed. Show more

Smh.... Wish we had this type of energy for Caucasian business'.... First appointment I welcomed this lady into my home for a last minute emergency appointment for her grand daughter. Second appointment they came to the salon. Both appointments were pleasant and she raved about how nice her grand daughters hair was. This appointment I did not confirm because my grandmother was on her death bed. So no I was not checking my work phone. My assistant called my personal phone and I explained to her that due to my grandmothers health I was not working. And my assistant reached out to her. So I am confused why try to slander me. That is not the type of hair stylist I am.
