My experience with Tyshawn was not good, mostly due to the lack of customer service. I got to the shop an hour early and Tyshawn got upset even though... I wasnt trying to get a cut an hour early. Towards the end, Tyshawn walked away and didn't tell me his Cashapp name so I used the Cashapp on his mirror and he got an attitude. And when he was showing me where to scan from Cashapp on his phone, he was rude and stated my phone was broken even though I mentioned I never used the feature before on Cashapp. He also wasn't going to the right place on my phone despite the fact that the process was the same on both our phones. As for the haircut, there were a few mistakes symmetry wise even though I was sitting how he wanted me to sit. I don't understand the negative energy that Tyshawn has but I wish him well even though I don't plan to get another cut from him again. Edit: I also want to mention he did well with not giving me scrapes along my hairline, neck and underneath my chin.
