Wash & blow dry Free style braids w/ hair 8-12

I was very excited to get my hair braided by Pull It Pretty. However, I showed up to my confirmed appointment on time, and she was not in the shop. I ...tried calling and leaving a message on social media, and still didn’t hear back. After waiting for 30 minutes, I eventually left. A couple of hours later, she called and we tried to reschedule for later that same day, as she had another appointment. Fast forward, it is approaching the end of the day, 3.5 hours after we agreed to meet the second time, and I have still not received a text, a phone call, nothing. Just complete silence. I understand that life happens. This would’ve been my first time utilizing Pull It Pretty’s services. Due to the utter lack of communication and complete disrespect for my time not only traveling to and from the shop for my original appointment but also just waiting to hear back for the rescheduled time, I will definitely not be going back.
