Upon arrival myself and 2 other ladies waited in the reception area which is totally fine I am patient. However nobody ever greeted us or said hello.... Both of the other ladies were elderly, one with a cane standing there. They seemed frustrated. So I said I will walk back and just let them know we are here. This was not well recieved at all. I got dirty looks instead of a hello. From that point on the woman was very cold. I don't think she looked up at me once during the entere pedicure. It was super awkward and not a good experience. I am a super friendly person and I usually talk to everyone while at a place like this. I did not feel welcome nor will I ever go back...I gave her 2 stars because she did perform a very good pedicure just with no bedside manner... Show more

Upon your arrival at 1:03 . As you stated your a patient person You had waited 1 minute and 36 second before you walked to the back to make your announcement. As Cindy was one toe away from finishing at 1:04. Cindy did say we will be with you in another minute. For the other lady’s they are regular at the salon and was patiently waiting. As for the shellac pedicure you book your appointment incorrectly and Cindy had to accommodate the extra time so Cindy was a bit crunched on time. You were on your phone most of the time and talking around it. As for “not coming back comment” the feeling is mutual. We hope you find a salon to your standard attention.
