My appointment was at 2:30pm I walked in at 2:32pm and was told I missed my appointment and he already had another customer in the chair and didn’t ca...re and told Me I now needed to wait 1 hr until he was done with his next 2 clients. This makes no sense at all I am booked for a 30 min time slot and he should have waited at least the 5 min grace period as noted on their Booksy booking website. Show more
