I need to address a significant issue regarding my recent appointment confirmation through Booky.com. The confirmation clearly indicated the location ...as 6350 Plantation Center Dr, Suite 408, which I also verified via Google search and maps. However, upon my arrival, I was shocked to discover that the actual location was at BJ’s gas station/military recruiting office. I attempted to contact the business for clarification, but there was no answer, and the voicemail box was full, which is unacceptable. After missing my appointment, I later found out that the correct location is actually MY Salon Suites. It is crucial that this information is promptly updated on all relevant websites and Booky.com to prevent this sort of confusion in the future, particularly for those who are unfamiliar with the area or are out-of-towners.
