I start by saying my 4.9 rating speaks for itself. To start off, I'd like to apologize if the price and quality of service weren't to your liking. However, there are a few things which I will be addressing. This first off, this could have been handled in the salon or over the phone. I gave you the price once I saw your picture today. The price listed for the service was $145+. I charged you $180, that's $35 more. The plus means maybe more. If you however didn't like the price then we could have discussed options. I think you took me being quiet out of context. I also think that you are grabbing for straws. My personal conversation never once did I utter a curse word on my earbud. I also would like to know how you knew who I was on the phone with from my brief conversations. Please refrain from lying on my character. I did try to reach out to you, but I guess this was a lesson for both of us. I'll never use non recommended hair for my services, and I'll learn how not to breathe when I'm standing over a client when I'm providing a service. Also, a suggestion to you next time notifying your stylist that you may need to be on your laptop or phone during your appointment. Considering you're there for a service. Which requires head manipulation. It also requires your stylist to stand and place you in a position that allows them to provide you with said service.
