I'm very pleased with my hair and the customer service. The ladies worked well together to service all customers ensuring a faster braid time.

I never actually was able to get my hair braided. I set an appointment for the next day then called the shop to send a pic of what I wanted. The women... I s/w was a bit rude trying to explain what I wanted was not what I booked my apt for (see pic). She said she'd ask her boss and call me back. Well, that conversation took place at 1:30pm. I didn't hear back from her until 9:30 through text. My apt was for the next day at 8am. As a singe mom I don't have time to wait around on anyone (especially a business). How they expect someone to wait around all day and expect someone to not make other plans is beyond me. I wanted crochet w/ braids at the hairline. She quoted me $250 w/o hair...I ended up doing my own hair Show more

I booked my appointment on July 28th for my daughter for back to school on Saturday August 26th. I arrived at 10 am and my appointment was not honored.... I waited hours before being called. I had to ask when they would service my daughter because they called clients that walked in after us. Clients are cherry picked based on who they want to serve/can make more $ on rather than appointment and arrival time. This is a first come first serve basis salon and an appt only gets you a chance in line with the 10 other people that have the same appointment. Please fix the scheduling system. Or be upfront about being a walk in salon. The quality of the braiding was good but the experience was horrible. I will not be returning. My time or money was not valued. Show more
